I know this place specializes in imports, but my car Chrysler broke down in Wilmington yesterday and not being from the area, I did not know who to call. Randomly, I picked Import Performance off the Internet because of the great reviews. I described my problem and was told they could help me (was expecting major electrical problems). AAA towed my car to them and I became a captive customer who knew I was very much at their mercy at this point......
What a great staff- from owner to mechanic to receptionist at the front desk. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and efficient. They could have take me to the cleaners had they so chosen- but they didn't. They told me all I truly needed was a simple battery replacement, did so, and sent me on my way. You can tell these are honest folk! Yay and thanks! :)
